By means of this statement, Meroil S.A., domiciled in Puerto de Barcelona , Port de Lagos, 20 Delta 1, 08039 Barcelona, informs users of the site of its PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY.

In accordance with Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, the personal data provided by Users will be incorporated into a file whose ownership belongs to Meroil S.A. In each of the application forms in which data of a personal nature is gathered, the User will EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE Meroil S.A. to treat and incorporate into its automatized file the detailed information provided, as well as all the details that are generated in relation to their participation and/or use of services that are offered or could be offered on this web site.
In cases in which the Personal Data from people other than those who are making an application appear in the application form, the applicants must inform the said individuals of the conditions in the present contract.

Unless the contrary is specifically established, it is mandatory to fill in all the details in each of the fields on each application form, and the User must complete the forms with veracity, exactness, validity and up to date details. Users commit themselves to maintaining the data provided to the Responsible for the File duly updated. Users will be responsible for damages which Meroil S.A. or third parties may suffer owing to a lack of veracity, exactness, validity and authenticity of the data provided.
The details provided will never be used for another end other than that which is here described, and will be automatically cancelled when no longer needed for this end.

The principal service offered by Meroil S.A. is the distribution of Management Software and the carrying out of IT training courses. Personal data is gathered from our users in order to provide an effective service as well as the sending of technical and informative information and any other information that Meroil S.A. considers of interest to its clients.
If Meroil S.A. were to offer any type of special service in which specific conditions other than those relative to personal data protection are determined, the application of the specific regulations indicated for this particular service will be applied over the present regulations.  

All information relative to Personal Data Protection received by Meroil S.A. will be treated with maximum confidentiality, respecting at all times the duty to observe professional secret, and will proceed only with the communications which are strictly necessary for the providing of the service requested by the Client, as well as the communications and cancellations authorized by the User by means of this Privacy Policy.
Meroil S.A has adopted the legally required security levels of Personal Data Protection, and has installed all the technical means and measures at its reach to avoid the loss, incorrect use, alteration and non-authorized access to the Personal Data provided.

The user has the right to access the information that concerns him contained in the files of Meroil S.A., rectify, cancel or oppose its treatment, by e-mail to Meroil S.A (info@meroil.es), or in writing and signed (attaching a copy of the DNI) addressed to the entity responsible for the file, which is Meroil S.A, with address in Puerto de Barcelona , Port de Lagos, 20 Delta 1, 08039 Barcelona.
The user accepts that his data may be ceded exclusively for the above mentioned end to other companies of the Group to which Meroil S.A. belongs, to participating societies and/or collaborating societies.
Acceptance by the user for the treatment or ceding of his personal data in the form established in the present Privacy Policy may always be revoked, without retroactive effects, in accordance with what is established in articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December.

For statistic reasons, Meroil S.A may provide certain information on the user in a disassociated form to third parties, including its advertisers, if given the case.

Meroil S.A informs its users that it uses cookies to browse through the different screens and pages on this site. The cookies used by Meroil S.A are stored in the user’s hard disk but the user cannot read the data contained in them or read the cookie files created by other suppliers.
